- First think of five things that you are proud of and have already accomplished. Write them down.
2. Next give yourself 20 minutes and list 50 things that you would like to accomplish in the next 20 years. Just quickly write them down. To help inspire you here are some categories to get your juices flowing.

At the completion of 20 minutes or 50 items write beside each one the number of years you are setting to accomplish each one (use 1, 3, 5, 10, or 20). Setting deadlines is crucial to goal setting.
